Master of Orion (2016-12-04)

Simple table for Master of Orion, may or may not work. Game generates code at runtime so table has a high chance of not working / detecting the wrong code / crashing.

Usage info:
Scripts with "To Activate: XXX" can only be activated (put an "X" into the box) after doing action XXX.
Scripts with "To Update: XXX" will only update their effect after doing action XXX.
Addresses with "XXX?" will enable the script effect XXX when 1 is put into the Value.

In general:
A. Do action YYY.
B. Activate (put an X) the "Initialization (Activate This First)" script.
C. Activate (put an X) the "Base Address Scan (To Activate: YYY, To Update: ZZZ)" script.
D. Enable (put a 1) the desired effect. Example: "Set Health to Max?" address.
E. Do action ZZZ.


Important information.
1. To avoid traits from disappearing, modify this before saving / loading:
- "Civilization_static -> PERK_MAX_SCORE". Custom Race Points


V1005
1. Tested game version V54.6 2.0.35234W64S, V55.1_2.1.40241 64-bit. May work on other versions.


V1004
1. Tested game version V49.5 64-bit, V51.3 1.3.33428W64G 64-bit. May work on other versions.


V1003
1. ShipBlueprint.
Allows the following to be modfied. Likely to affect enemies, so restart game / revert changes after making ship blueprints.
- "ShipBlueprint Stats -> hull -> space". Maximum Hull space.
- "ShipBlueprint Stats -> hull -> specialSlots". Maximum Special slots.
- "ShipBlueprint Stats -> hull -> weaponSlots". Maximum Weapon slots.


V1002
1. Colony.
Allows the following to be modfied.
- "Colony Stats -> accumProductionPoints". Production points for Colony.
- "Colony Stats -> accumLifePoints". Growth points for Colony.


V1001
1. Civilization_static.
Allows the following to be modfied.
- "Civilization_static -> PERK_MAX_SCORE". Custom Race Points


V1000
1. Tested game version 64-bit. May work on other versions.

2. Civilization.
Allows the following to be modfied.
- "Civilization Stats -> capitalColony -> accumProductionPoints". Production points for Capital Colony.
- "Civilization Stats -> capitalColony -> accumLifePoints". Growth points for Capital Colony.
- "Civilization Stats -> research -> stockPoints". Research Points.
- "Civilization Stats -> billionCredits". Credits.

Thanks for the Table, Shinkanen! Got the game on sale a few days ago and your Table V1005 yesterday. Works great. Terraforming a planet in 1 day is fun!

Hi,

don't know if the game was updated (last patch according to gog is v55.1 from April 25th 2017), but for some reason every change I made via this table got reset when loading a game, meaning all racial traits were removed and changes to hull capacity reset to default values.

Is there a way to stop that from happening?

I'll be honest, I have no idea how to use this. I enable the "Enable at main menu" at the main menu, but none of the scripts are working. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

The rest you enable in-game.
Open Empire screen once, close it, enable script and open empire screen again.
I intend to spend more time on it in the future (God knows when), I just uploaded what I had at this point.

I tried that, but pEmpire and pStaticCiv stay in red and beep when I try and click it. And nothing else seems to grab any values.

They are red because you are not supposed to change them.
You can even delete them from the table - I use these to debug shit.

The only things you can change are:
- PERK_MAX_SCORE (under static civ script) -> can pick more perks when you create a custom race
- fBillionCredits (under empire script)
- Enable instant research (under surplus reader)

Actually, I can't use Perk_Max_Score. It's in blue, but when I click it it turns yellow and beeps. The value on it is also ??.

Also, not sure what the fBillionCredits does, it doesn't change my money at all.
