Has anyone encountered the problem of beating the game but the end boss doesn't trigger the final cut scene or die? I have beaten Annihilation but he just kinda sits there afterwards. No idea if something is going on with my save or something.
Using the plasma cutter to deal the final blow will cause the last boss to glitch out. It was fixed in today's patch.

Managed to fix it? I thought I did, jokes on me. I think it has something to do with using Allow Asset Mods together with the the CE table. My game is completely borked. Reverting to previous saves, clean install, nothing seem to fix it. Crash when changing zones or even just trying to get into the game. Crash every 1-2minutes.
Does anyone know the summon command for the assassin's dagger quest item? I forgot to take the seal out of the dagger for the quest and the summon command for the dagger itself isnt spawning anything for me

I already know how to get it legitimately. But the new update for some reason messed my game up and Cass is no longer where I can reach her so I ended up starting a new character and I am trying to get everything back that I had.

Does anyone know how to get the double barrel handgun? The summon command seems to be missing as well
Losomn, Morrow Parish. Play through the area until you reach the asylum. Go inside and go to the second floor. There should be a room there with a safe, the gun is inside the safe. You have to complete a certain event to get the code but the code is always the same(2971)

Thanks so much. But I ended up going ahead and getting it legitimately. Still, I can add it to the list of stuff to spawn!

Summons a weird grenade called a Poisoned Ambit Ember Capsule.
Neither of those I saw any info on how to spawn either.
