Editing those skills work on my employees. It may require you to switch to another employee and back to see change but it is changed at least for me. You cannot add using the table only change the type of skill and percentage. Might be possible to add under some circumstances but I wouldn't generally try it. I'll test again with latest change and see if I'm missing something.

Hello, you suggested the image upload page so don't complain.
As I said, no values are displayed in the skills areas in my savegame, only question marks.
I will upload an image here. that you understand what I mean.
Even after a change of employee, only question marks are displayed in the competence area.
Changes from the drop-down menu also have no effect.
percentage not work, I can, because of the ? do not change.
Maybe you still have ideas why it works for you and not for me.

hello i cannot change the employee stats , it just show ?? in the value, i tries switching back and forth between my employee

I think its fair to say that BabyGroot is not updating again. I updated mine over a week ago and has been downloaded 21 times since then by someone. I'm probably not updating again and will indicate so in my post so you can presumably stop the +1 posts.
