You need to open the file with notepad++ not with cheat engine, to change the exe.

As stated many times the answer is in the thread if you read, while this is true its harder to discovery for those who've not really learned how to use Cheat Engine. So I'll give some instruction here as I discovered how to delete/remove any item (duplicate or not). Careful when playing with such things, I'm myself still novice and can't promise this wont cause issues down the road (same could be said about adding items as well, same risk).

1 - On first page of this thread there is a .CT that you'll need (wont say which). But inside you'll find ability to Edit Quantity.

From what i can see is that V2 (ACVallhalla.exe) got replaced with V3 ($process)
On how to make that work with Plus i have no idea maybe somebody who knows can enlighten.
