The hooks and the code is all there, it does not require much skill to fix it for yourself.

I know this thread is mostly dead but I found that you can jerry-rig a new game plus by moving the progression.sav file over to another save folder

I moved the finale strategic auto save (included below) to the first moment you can manually save at the start of the game and everything carried over, but you can't interact with anything in the overworld

I decoded the file with a couple of different editors (HxD and saveeditonline) but I don't know anything about hex editing. Is it possible to move just the weapons, items, and cards? Any help would be appreciated

Thats what I am also wondering about. Tried scanning for it myself, but wasnt successful so far. :-/

Played this game again.
Here's an updated table for the Steam release, main menu says 1.0.2.1.4195.
Same stuff as in the original table (not repeating those things here), plus these:
- Skill Reseter; resets the cooldown of your skills so you can use them over and over again. Works with skills already in cooldown as well.
- Character Swap Damage Mod; scales the damage of Flynn's skill, now you can actually use it to kill.
- Revenge Damage Mod; scales the damage of Bill's skill, now you can actually use it to kill. Great for clearing busy maps. Too bad it does not hit all targets every time.
