he doesn't get unlocked because his AOB is setup differently, he might have the 01 for the enable, but the bytes after that are blocking him from showing up, much like future DLC is blocked by a simple 01 after the 01 for enabling.
I've yet to find him despite enabling everyone by hand and changing the bytes after the unlock.
Thank you for your response as well as the work you did unlocking everyone. I'm not sure if it will help or not but there's a user on the Smacktalks Forum by the name of BrownRecluse and they shared this information about MyRise HBK. I'm just copying what they said on the forum.
"Here are the addresses to unlock the locked wrestlers. When adding these addresses set the type to Array of byte with a length of 3. To unlock the wrestler change the value from 0 0 0 to 1 1 1 .

here is the full ID list, got tired of not having Shawn and hunted him down. I found his AOB but as I said, he just doesn't unlock.
EDIT: Shawn is at the address 7FF6810CB5C8, change the first 3 00s there to 01 and he'll be unlocked if you edited his AOB and unlocked him via that.
others are in that memory too but not sure which holds Mankind, Seth (MyRise, which is listed as one of the No Models above but has one) and Rey (console DLC)
