There's nothing for medals like it was stated by cfemen himself. It's ALL server sided. The previous guy probably bought one of these overpriced cheats from these sketchy sites or bought a "service" to boost his account.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

You Can Use Now The HotKeys:
F1 = No Reload
F2 = Inf. Ammo/Nades/Syringe
F3 = Inf. Sprint
F4 = Inf. Health
F5 = Inf. Strategems(Cooldown)
F6 = Research Pointes Pickup Mul.
F7 = Freeze Time
F8 = No Recoil
F9 = Damage Editor
DEL = Jetpack Cooldown
F10 = Toggle All ( Except Damage )

ok here it is, i tried everything i could, but there is no solutions that i know of, the bile titan and the player share the same function, they are even being called when you get hit. about the activation tried a couple of solutions with no success(it can be activated during the intro when the guy starts talking), so if you want to fix it you are welcome, just so you know against the bile titan to kill it you need to take off its head and for the charger 2 shots will keep it at critical state, other mobs will die in 1 or 2 shots(including objectives and gunship). if someone wants to fix it xmm0 maybe compared to float 3500 for bile titan and for player 125 that at least was my health.

do you have a video on how to use the table? it just opens up cheat engine for me and when i try to go into a mission it crashes with hack attempt detected. new to this so how does this process differ from the other tutorial where it pops up automatically before the intro when opening the game?

From what I've heard on this thread, someone is working on it but will require the use of Undetected cheat engine method, while others seems to be menu-only hacks that doesn't seem to work with classic CE, I don't think the issue is lack of people's skill to make the table but rather CE being limited due to the game designs.
So unless you're paying to use the premium menus featuring the dmg cheat, I don't think there is any out there (if it's even possible to have dmg modifier in a classic CE table)
I can confirm cfemen damage cheat works flawlessly... bought it the other day and been using it since. its amazing, no crashes and first time injected (for me anyway)
