Good news, i already make small table for this game and uploaded it on nexus mods. It contains infinite stamina, invisibility and others pleasant options
[Link] mods.com/horizonforbiddenwest/mods/5, one file for Horizon, other for Ereban. Not know about others gadgets, but exist simple method for find an change cooldown such item as sonar.
I specially use space in link, because by unknown reason word "nexus mods" always after editing get aotomatically replacing on "fearlessrevolution"...

Thanks you so much for your table, maybe this game is lesser-known I can't find any trainer in other mainstream platform(cheathappen/fearlessrevolution etc). Really appreciate you share the table with us

They must have patched it or I am not using it right as it didn't work for me
I missed two shadow orbs and want to go back and find them.
