Update to Super Meat Boy's cheat table

I saw a lot of people in Super Meat Boy's cheat table by STN saying how most of the cheat options weren't working at all and after trying it out myself I can confirm it doesn't work that well. I made this post so that maybe we can get a newer version of SMB's cheat table in the near future.
Not that this is a new game request, I just would like to see an updated table for Super Meat Boy.
