how do i change money if i know it is pointer

1 i got table from here ..

i think i can change the money easy by right click and change " value " but no window pop up at all
window for pointer show up but i dont have idea for changing money value
so i do it wrong
and how can i change the value of money in this table ??
i have been solve this problem , my window is too short in some columm
