Atlas Fallen BUG please help (REQUEST CE TABLE)

Hello guys. I stuck on Atlass fallen. I cant continue to playing the game. main story quest character bugged (HE IS UNDER THE GROUND) and i cant talk to him so i am stuck after playing 12 hours. and some people had same issue. i took SS on youtube video and i have same issue.
So i am asking you guys anyone can do A cheat only skip mission or complete mission cheat table or something?
I do not want complete ALL mission ONLY this step... i want to do only talk arif without talking to him. SO PLEASE HELP
