FearLess Cheat Engine

I take it that modifying the respawn time of enemies and/or plants is outside the scope of cheat engine for this game? I've scoured this thread and the internet in general and not finding much unfortunately. Straight impossible to prevent the entire world from respawning every 5 mins or loaded game?...
