Sorry if I'm not understanding something but I think the "Max Affix rolls for others" option is not working for me. It's supposed to make items drop with max rolls like the Set, Unique and Implicit roll right? When toggled on the option doesn't seem to do anything. Edit: yes I have the latest Steam ...
