As far as I know DL points are stored in Dying Light 2 server, so this is impossible to change the value through Cheat Engine table.

For pilgrim points on the techland website, is there a cheat to get infinite points? Do you mean the reputation rank and Pilgrim Tokens from Pilgrim Outpost? If you are talking about these data, I believe these are stored in server side, so it would be impossible to alter them through Cheat Engine.
