Game got updated to 2.12, so cheat table doesn't seem to work.

They patched the game recently with small update, I don't know yet if offsets changed, just fyi.

Restarting steam offline doesnt make mhw offline. you have to either turn off your wifi/unplug your LAN cable or use windows firewall to block connection for steam. if the options you're using are as you stated then no. Kicks mostly occur with abnormalities such as inv. or too high dmg numbers.

Getting kicked into Offline mode. Aka only 1 player, but you can always create new online session if that occurs.
