Pretty sure the hotfix today broke the item spawner. any time i try and spawn anything the game just crashes. I'm getting a similar issue. I have no clue if all the mission rewards are all loaded at once. You might have to travel a bit and update your ObjectsDump.txt to see if they change.

Use the latest version of Cheat Engine 1 - Load into the world (Be the host) 2 - Use the injector posted by Sunbeam to generate the ObjectsDump.txt 3 - Open Cheat Engine, hook it to the process, load my cheat table and activate it 4 - Equip the Fabricator...
