I have try other things and in one solution I able to use cheats in "Teleport & Coordinates...". I add shortkey to "Speed" and enable this cheat on start up menu before enabling "Teleport & Coordinates..." and after my save game load I enabled the cheat "Teleport & Coordinates...", it gave me an err...
