FearLess Cheat Engine

Hello, is there a way to 1) noclip (Ghost Mode is just a partial solution IMO, you can only go on horizontal directions) 2) load different levels from Console? Also, using ToggleDebugCamera, only a small portion of the map is loaded around me, is that intention or can I change that somehow? Thank you.
