Anyone find out how to raise the ranks of the teams? Enhancements don't seem to work for some reason or another, cant use any on units

EDIT: Nevermind, seems to be a bug when getting new materials, They dont register as you having them until you actually discard one unit of them

Anyone manage to find any Survival Gear Item id's for all the gadget slots or w/e?
