FearLess Cheat Engine

Could you add an option for quick easy lockpicking? After picking thousands of locks. I'm kinda getting tired of it.

Is there a way to add an item or change one item into another? I need a pickaxe in the game badly, but can't find one and the ones I had... well I had disasembled by accident.
