Is the DLL need an Injector? No.. I've modify the binary so y'all can use it with replacing the original binary with my modified one.
Step to do:
- Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Project QT\windows_content\Project_QT_Data\Managed" directory
- Backup/Rename the Original "Assembly-CSharp.dll"
- Put the downloaded "Assembly-CSharp.dll" to the 'Project_QT_Data/Managed' folder
You need to login to open the link
- Start the Project_QT.exe and play it.

Good news for you. I have managed to modify the skill to have no cooldown..
