Updated to 1.1.30.0303A because, well there aren't any cheats available anywhere. See Screenshot of new version on first page.

There's a problem with the minimum 50 special items script - the items in the left column are affected by the script, but the items in the right column are not.

Attach your savegame folder (just zip it and attach it here) so I can see what you mean as I don't play the game much. Ill see about fixing it/adding it in. Ok, fixed get the v2. Proficiency points for companions points to the wrong address. Changing it doesn't change anything in the game, it just resets back to the old value.
It was there in the earlier table as well, but I didn't mention it back then, sorry. Easily searched for, though, so it's not a big deal.
