I take it CE can't be used with Amazon Luna games?

I tried changing attributes in Fallout: New Vegas but it didn't even find the attribute numbers so unless I'm just doing it wrong or loaded the wrong thing into CE then I take it that It can't be done?

You are streaming the games via a server, so no.
