You can already change the factor of any item with the item data modifier cheat under misc. It's the save factor ID. Just click on the 0 a menu will pop up with all the factors then just pick the one you want.

Oh wow, thank you! I somehow missed that.

Would it be possible to change the factor on an item? Banging my head against a wall trying to get the right factors on certain items.

Is it possible to edit Celine's talent so that she has Love of Animals? Reloading to get her to spawn with that talent is brutal.
