Yes. CE is still working. There are many CT's around, i would suggest to go with ZoDDeL's as its most up to date and complete table.

Yeah, try using old no reload and see how that goes.

I switched back to it when rocket bots started blasting me all over the map.
And i had 0 issues with it since then.
