My main pawn has max encumbarance of 900k now. How can I decrease this again?

Is it possible to make the a vocation rate multiplier? The current one only multiplies the dcp earned, and doesnt go towards the vocation EXP.

Infinite Rift Crystals doesnt seem to work for me. I just turn it on and it should work?
