FearLess Cheat Engine

Hi! how do you edit Item Bonuses value while in-game it's in percentage but in cheatengine it's standard numerical. for example Tabi boot has 8% movement speed increased, but in cheatengine it's value are 1035422663. How do i change this? Also can i increase slot to Item Bonuses slot? Like the ingam...
