Console command to change your carryweight should be "player.setav carryweight x"? Will set your carryweight to x, or "player.modav carryweight x" which will increase your carryweight by x. (At least it was on Fallout 4.)

After the last update the God Mode & Inf. Health Mode don't work anymore :-( EDIT: ok. all codes i tried don't work anymore. EDIT 2: It seems that the GOG MODE still works.
